How much weightage is given to a candidate who is working in a reputed MNC (4 years+) and did a distance MBA from Sikkim Manipal University?

Now he is working as a Assistant process Manager at concentrix. Withdrawing a handsome salary around 48000. Whilst I am still studying. Knowledge can be beaten while experience never.
