Dear Mr. Chacko and mr. Vishal. Please do not confuse and spread incorrect information on a public forum. Sikkim Manipal University has got two distinct types of programmes-the Distance Education (DE) programmes and the Contact Programmes. Probably the expert comment of Mr. Vishal is based on his DE program experience which was caused by the LC. However, such things have been ironed out now. All programmes of SMU DE are now VALID!
As for the contact programmes, all on the website are VALID
