Should I join CSE at Manipal Bangalore, which is a new campus being built in Yelahanka, Bangalore?

Any new college will have starting problems in faculty, infrastructure, labs etc. Any second, third campuses of such universities are ordinary. Don’t fall for names. Better join established colleges.
