Firstly do not confuse with the word transcript. It is completely different from DMC . DMC have marks of only one semester on one single page which means that for degree of 8 semesters yiu will have 8 DMCs and one degree. Certificate as well when you successfully complete your degree. This degree certificate as well as DMCs all are awarded by university only on each document your University name as well your college name is mentioned. Now what is a transcript then? It is one single page on which marks of all 8 semesters will be present. University does not provide hardcopy of transcript to student unless student specifically requests for it.
In your case ask your University to give you the transcript in sealed envelope along with that take a colored photo copy of degree which you already will be having and keep these two things i.e sealed envelope as well as colored photo copy of degree in separate envelope and post it to wes canada for ECA.
