I got electrical and computer engineering in SRM Kattankulathur (which seems is a new branch) and electronics and computer engineering in VIT Chennai, where should I go?

Go for SRM.

SRM Kattankulathur is the main campus of SRM University. It has lots of facilities for the students. It is situated next to a highway and across the local railway station which makes it very much accessible front the city while the same is not true for VIT Chennai.

VIT Chennai is not the main campus of VIT. The main campus is in Vellore.
