Bennett University has always invested significantly in research and development and continues to do so. Research is a strong pillar of the University on which its academic programs are built, and they continue to nurture the same environment among students.
I am a 2nd year B.Tech. student and have seen how the School of Computer Science Engineering and Technology and University as whole, emphasize on the importance of research.
Each faculty member has identified thrust areas of research, with the objective of making research socially relevant; and contributing significantly to the discipline of study. Specific research programs are being undertaken by each School depending on the availability of expertise/infrastructure.
Students are actively engaged by the faculty in various research studies and publications which benefits students with exposure to new fields and strengthens their academia.
Many of the faculty members are recognised Google Scholars and have published multiple research papers of importance and presented them in International Conferences.
We also have our own Bennett Undergraduate Research Society (BURS) which as the name suggests, promotes and cultivates the importance of research amongst Bennettians. It regularly provides new opportunities for students to excel.
