Ok ,so now you have come to a conclusion that VIT is not a good college as compared to MIT manipal(not Massachusetts ).So let me remind you about some facts and change your perspective:-
- Relative grading is practiced here ,similar to IITs and IIMs .This type of grading is quite better than your Orthodox type of marking schemes. Moreover if you are meritorious student you have an upper hand as compared to management quota students because of relative grading.
2. More than 200 clubs and chapters are there where we can develop our skillset and pursue the activities in which our interest lies.
3. The students of our college are studying in MIT ,Stanford,UC Berkeley, etc .Moreover VIT has a lot of tie-ups with top universities of the world where most of the students would like to go.
4. You were talking about management quota , so let me ask you why don’t you ask IITS and NITs about their ranking as there thousands of students get qualified at 20–30 marks in jee mains and 100 marks in advanced .Only caste based students are having the right to study at government colleges then why not MONEY -based students should get the right to study in private.
5. You were also talking about the teachers.I have studied 2 years in Vit but till now only 1–2 teachers are not good but rest all were awesome, which is quite well.
6. I think I don’t need to focus on the placements as each and every individual is trained to develop himself as a professional for outside world. The no of companies coming to VIT is by far maximum among all others. However don’t think about the starting package of 1crore rather think about the skillset you should develop.
