I am presenting you my personal views here and not institutions have paid me for that.Well if you take in account all the possible universities in India manipal would be ranked somewhere around 15–20. Please note that this is regarding the entire university and not just MIT and KMC.
If you are only considering private universities the manipal will be ranked somewhere around 4–6.
This is entirely my opinion after attending various seminars expert advises and a little bit of research.
