Is Amity University Noida good for a B.Tech in CSE?

  • 0

Depends on your situation, 1st of all, money should not be an issue & you are comfortable with attending college almost every day(at least for first 2–3 years).

If you really want to learn something and want that learning environment like IIT’s, forget Amity. There is absolutely no such group that really has that technical edge, good seniors and mentors that will guide you well.

But it’s not all bad, if you already have a good base in programming and can learn on your own, you might get good opportunities in Amity.

Also, there are few very supportive and experienced faculties who will help you if you are already good at the basics and have that urge to learn.

Finally, If you are just looking for good placement opportunities at the end of the degree, you will get some decent opportunities.

At least 40–50 companies visit Amity each year for campus recruitments(for CSE/IT) in 7th and 8th semester. Most companies are small start-ups, consulting and service providers like big Accenture types that give avg. package of around 3.25–6 lacs/annum.
