Block 22 is the newest girls’ hostel block in MIT, providing accommodation to 300+ girls. It is alloted to BTech, ICAS, DOC students. All rooms are double occupancy, attached bathroom, AC (DAC) type. Each occupant gets a single bed(with mattress), a mirrored cupboard, a study table and a shelf. A different colour scheme of furniture is followed on every floor. TV room, gym facility is available during specified hours. Room cleaning is frequent.
It’s near food court-I, Kamath circle and the newly constructed student plaza, which is an added advantage. The academic blocks are at a walking distance of 10–15 minutes. It’s definitely one of the most preferred blocks to stay in, for both freshers and seniors.
