What is the procedure to stay as Paying Guest outside VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) Vellore campus?

It’s not worth it. You might feel its too strict but it’s very safe compared to outside. I know people who moved out only to get robbed off their things (electronics, money) from their rooms. Nope no use of cops, nothing happened. The guy did post an anniversary post tagging police SM accounts, yet nothing.
