Why are IIT’s always in the news but not MIT, Stanford, Harvard or Caltech?

Mostly because Aaj Tak does not have a Patrakar roaming in the campus of MITs or other such less news catching universities but PAID US Media give them better coverage than our IITs which is so unfare of them. I have observed that these institutions are always in news during the noble prize declaration season in every year.
