So here it goes. Let’s compare MUJ and SMIT
- In terms of infrastructure: ofcourse MUJ has a better infrastructure than SMIT but the point is how much do you expect from the infrastructure of any college. In SMIT you have well equipped labs and all the required infrastructure for your survival throughout your B.tech.. MUJ has better hostel facilities better space and better location.. If you are in MUJ you need to travel around 30-40min to get into mainstream city Jaipur but in SMIT you need 3hrs to travel to siliguri well Gangtok is just 1hr away.. The climate condition of Sikkim is too pleasant you don’t need AC in your room Jaipur hostel facilities are better because they provide luxury..
- In terms of academics: Again MUJ is better in academics since the crowd in MUJ is better than SMIT, but crowd really don’t matter if you have your own will to study and do good good rankers in MU-OET choose MUJ over SMIT because of the location, so the crowd there is somewhat better. But if you want to choose CSE or ECE as your branch SMIT holds a good academic grip on both the branches CSE department of SMIT is really good.
- In terms of exposure: MUJ is just 7 years old whereas SMIT is 20years old SMIT holds a very good alumni base all over the world so in terms of exposure SMIT has better expose to industries.
- In terms of placement: In SMIT if you are from CSE department and hold a good CGPA you will definitely get placed in one of the best MNC.. Every year dell, amazon, wells Fargo,Thought works, Bosch etc etc visits our campus.
