Which is better for law: ICFAI Dehradun or UPES?

I am no expert on this but going by what my friends suggest, among the two you have asked, ICFAI is better for law. UPES is better for some specific technical courses. However, is there a pressing need to be in Dehradun? If not, there are some other good private law colleges elsewhere like Amity or Jindal.
