There are two types of holidays in upes
1.end semester break
these are the holidays which you get after the completion of a semester.The odd semester (july-dec) starts in july end/aug starting and concludes on 12–13 december,then there is a gap of almost 30 days and the new semester starts on14–15 jan and runs till 12–13 may.This marks the end of the 2nd sem and there is long summer break of nearly 80 days till july end/aug start.This cycle repeats every year.
P.S If you fail to clear any subject in exams,you need to attend extra 15–20 days in the summer break.
2.other holidays
There are not much holidays/off days in upes other the big breaks you get in between sems.
