I know that all the Indian engineering colleges have started selling CSE degrees with specialisation like DS/AI/ML. Now the problem with selling such degrees is that, NONE of the Indian engineering college employs any DS/AI/ML professional from the industry to teach DS/AI/ML to Indian DS/AI/ML students.
All such fraud colleges employ their already existing useless teachers to read the slides, downloaded from internet.
Since Indian engineering curriculum is 40 years old hence NO Indian engineering college produces any skilled-employable DS/AI/ML professional and this is the reason that there are NO core private DS/AI/ML companies in India and none of the internationally known DS/AI/ML companies carryout campus placement at any Indian engineering college to fill the DS/AI/ML positions at their organisations.
