Placement is outcome of a set of activities including academic activity, exposure with the industry, Institutional efforts particularly for placement etc.

1. Academic process at UPES follows the Outcome Based Education model (OBE). Means from the beginning its all student-centric. What the student needs to learn, what all skills the student needs to possess and how good the student needs to perform. All activities, curricular, extra-curricular or co-curricular; are based on this outcome based model. The academic process in UPES works on bridging the gap between academia and Industry. From designing of the curriculum to organization of events are all focusing on the agenda of grooming the students to the needs and demands of the industry and profession.
2. Exposure level of students is very high in UPES. Accomplished professionals including lawyers, counsels, corporate consultants and other contributors are invited for guest lectures or for some events. Their interactions with students are really enriching. If we look at the resource persons, it includes prominent persons from including Mr. M.C. Mehta, Ms. Sadhana Ramachandran, Mr. J.P.
