Do NIT colleges give direct admission on the basis of JEE Mains results/ranks, irrespective of the JEE Advance exam?

For admission to National Institute of Technology(NITs), you need the following:

• Atleast a rank lower than 35k(marks around 141/360 in JEE Main)
• Top 20 percentile or min 75% marks in your 12th boards.

Even if you don’t qualify JEE Advanced you can still get admission in NITs if you satisy the first two points.
