FAE (Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics) JMI offers 80 seats – 40 of day or Regular batch & 40 of SFS (Self Finance) batch. SFS are equivalent to private seats, ie they have the fees atleast 5 times the fee of day batch, classes start in the day and end in the evening,
A rank of around 4k could land you in the day batch and a round around 5-6k in the sfs
