I think UIET,PU is far better than Chandigarh University because it is a well established institute which is also benefitted from brand value of Panjab University. At UIET courses are NBA Accredited and the environment is very good for your talent to nurture. There are no restrictions on students and they are free to evolve and learn. Cannot say about Chandigarh University, but UIET beats it on papers !!
