How many jobs are available per year for a computer science engineer at ISRO?

I have applied for this year’s recruitment. As mentioned in the advertisement no. of available seats for computer science engineer is 29 including pwd seats, and according to 2017 advertisement seats were just 9. It seems no of seats vary every year. May be it depends on the projects ISRO is building.
