Computer Science is heavily dependent on your ability to solve complex problems. How does one get good at problem solving? By being good at Math in the first place. If you’re weak in the subject, I’d suggest you to at-least spend some time browsing Computer Science related subjects on Youtube, Edx, Coursera and other MOOC websites to see whether you can do the program or not.
I’ve done a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, but midway my interested shifted from Civil to Computer Science. Did it happen out of the blue? No. Civil and Computer Science had alot of things in common. Both of them required extensive problem solving, software and the use of Math. I will be applying for a Graduate Diploma program at Concordia in 2020 followed by a Master’s in the same field. Take my example as a reference for your case.
But the rest of the decision is on you. Best of luck for the future!
