What is the role of maths in computer science engineering?

This is purely my personal opinion and is quite blunt. First things First, what’s your plans after Computer Science / Engineering. Is it going to be

1. an RnD job, or some kind of Low-Level programmers
2. Normal IT job(dev, QA, dev ops, admin), or
3. MBA from IIM or any reputed institution.

If you are going to opt#1 – then there’s very extensive usage of Maths/Physics.

for 2&3 – You will definitely gonna ask your teachers – Sir , where do we use all those alpha , beta , gama theta, lemda lassan’s that you taught us.
