You need to do the following things
- Concentrate in the class and take the classes under the best professors
- Every class you are taking, you can find it on mooc.org | Massive Open Online Courses | An edX Site
- Learn a new skill every semester apart from the courses you are taking whether it is a new programming language or new technology
- Join CS club at the university
- Attend blackthorns and meet with cool people. Start working on projects outside of college
- Go to the meetups that you are interested in. I use to go to BlockChain meetups and I met some great people there
- Intern at different companies and make sure to give your best at the internships coz they will usually convert into full time.
