What do I learn in Computer Science vs Computer Engineering? What is the difference between their practical application?

From a simplistic view Computer Engineering takes a strong Hardware perspective of computing; and, Computer Science takes a strong Sodtware perspective of computing. Practical application is at the hands and mind of the educated person.
