Computerscience and computer engineering is same, they are pronounced differently in different colleges. While IT is something different from computer science engineering (CSE). CSE is mostly about coding, applications, they also have cryptography, hardware, OS, etc but that is not the main syllable. While IT is mainly about Networking, OS, etc. They do have coding and all but that is not vast.
Job wise: Mostly CSE people get into coding(applications, websites, etc.) but IT people try to get into Networking, system administration and all. Due to less placements compared to CSE, IT people are forced to join coding companies.
