Do I need to pay a COMEDK college fee before the 2nd round of a counselling if I want to attend the 2nd round without surrendering my seat in the 1st round?

Nothing like that you can attend the 2nd round without giving any additional fees…In the first round itself you are doing all the fees business…In second round you just go to see if there is any better choice available for you…otherwise you go with whatever you’ve got in the first round…
