Depending on the percentile you get, web counselling will be conducted for all the qualified candidates. The cut off would be set by the exam board. Previously it used to be around 50 percent for Open category. Once you select all the options, based on the availability you will get an SMS to your registered mobile number that your session was successful and then may be by evening or so the text will show all the options that u can go with, if any are actually available to your score. This is the usual process for MBBS Counselling.
