With the growing demands of students career counselling is becoming a very important part of academic education. The student’s decisions on choosing a particular course & career path are very much influenced by the counselling they receive at their colleges and universities. So is it really helping the students? Career counselling is done in a variety of ways. It is usually provided by career counsellors who are experts in their field, along with academics and healthcare experts.
