Xth & XIIth class marksheets
Caste/Category Certificate, if any
Medical certificate in the prescribed format
Gap Year affidavit, if U are a dropout
School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
Migration Certificate
Provisional Certificate
Character Certificate
JEE Main Score Card
JEE Main Admit Card
PwD Certificate, if applicable
2–3 sets of Self Attested Photocopies of everything
