You should take other prestigious institutes like BHU,AMU,MAMC,VMMC,KGMU,SETH GS etc where you will get some pg reservation (state/internal).
You may take state’s best colleges where you will get both state PG quota and hometown advantage.
Taking AIIMS is good in terms of academics and brand value. But you will one day regret this for your pg reservation issue which is absent in AIIMS. Moreover you will also loose PG reservation of your native state. In medical life PG matters not UG ,same as your school never matters in your MBBS. Getting desired PG seat via AIQ is very difficult thanks to reservation scenarios in PG exams.
Don’t fall into the trap that you will crack PG just like UG.Consider PG reservation as one of your main priority which is absent in AIIMS.
I’m not defaming AIIMS but one should know this before joining it.
