Can I retain my seat in the 3rd round of IPU counselling after the sliding round?

no seat is not retained in sliding round .,thats why its name is sliding round instead of 4th round,it is lsighly risky aas your seat can slide up down .check prvs year cutoff and if you are sure that you will get upper college than only go for sliding else freeze and try in spot round
