Should I go for VIT counselling with 35000 rank?

I’d strongly recommend recommend attending the VIT counselling. The reasons for this are:
You’d have another option in hand. In case of the event that you do not get your desired branch at a good college, you have a VIT seat which is a decent institute. If you get a better college in the branch of your choice you can always go there and leave VIT. Your only loss would be the travel expenses you incurred to go to Vellore and the small amount of money which won’t be refunded by VIT. So to be on the safer side, I’d recommend attending the counselling.
