What is the correct procedure for filling in your choices for the JEE counselling at JoSAA?

Thanks A to A,It all depends on you whether you are fine with substandard branch in top college or you want to opt top branches .Although it’s all about your interest in any particular branch. So I will suggest you to go with your branch of interest rather than opting top college .Give preference to branch rather than college. Because after 4 years it’s only your branch which matters, not the college
