There is no difference at all, as of now, in DU.
There exists no course called as B.Sc. general.
Instead there are two similar courses:
B.Sc. Physical Sciences, generally for students with P.C.M. in 12th standard.
B.Sc. Life Sciences, generally for students with P.C.B. in 12th standard.
