What is the distinction between group guidance and group counselling?

Group Guidance would be more of a training or teaching a group how to fill out forms, sign up for classes, or processes and procedures. Classroom Guidance is teaching things like safety, anti-bullying, obesity, smoking etc. Group Counseling is the process of helping a group with a particular problem like addiction, anger management, co-dependency, abuse or any number of issues.
