10th and 12th Class Mark Sheets.
10th and 12th Class Passing Certificate.
Birth Certificate
NEET Rank Letter
Eight Passport size photographs similar to that affixed on the online application form.
Caste Certificate (If applicable).
NEET Admit card
PWD Certificate (If applicable).
