Neet UG is an entrance exam but counselling is done by state authorities like KEA in karnataka for seats in medical colleges in karnataka where as MCC medical counselling committee conducts counselling for deemed and all india quota seats which was online in 2017 may be same now also , it would be better if you visit websites of your respective state authorities of counselling and MCC website for updates
