Follow this order:

1. Best colleges e.g. KGMC, MAMC
2. Your State colleges
3. Neighbouring States colleges
4. Best college of respective States e.g. Rajasthan – SMS, Gujarat – BJMC, West Bengal – MCK
5. North and South India
6. West India
7. East India
