Hi.
Firstly, congratulation on successfully clearing your CA Final Examinations.
Coming back to your question, i will answer your question in two parts. Firstly, i will answer preparation strategy for On Campus Placement. As you are aware, through campus placement website you will be shortlisted by companies who are interested in your profile. So each company after shortlisting may or may not have pre campus entrance exams or tests to assess whether the candidate is suitable for job profile. If you are selected by company who conducts pre campus exam, then my answer to this is as follows :- Even when you clear the pre campus test, its not 100% that you will land a job in that company. Example: Out of 14,000 candidates who passed the CA final examination, 1,400 will be selected for pre campus test across various cities. Then, to fill the vacancy of 14 they will short list 140 candidates out of the result of pre campus test held for 1,400 CA, who will be eligible to attend the Group Interview and subsequently One on One Interview. So the first question which pops on your head is, what i should study for pre campus entrance test. The answer is, generally it is aptitude test and other general mathematical skills which will be tested. Once you ace this examination, the next round is Group discussion, and in group discussion they will test on current affairs, and request each member to speak for 1 or 2 mins. In one on one, they will ask you technical questions relating to the position which is vacant in their organisation. For example, in MNC they will test you on situation based questions and how you will tackle that situation.
