Hello. I will be sharing my personal experience, nothing to point out at institute or particular type of students. These are my experiences, may or may not be true in your case.
- Rankers get “Red Carpet” treatment over others.
- Your CV design and formatting matters, as two articles who have done same type of work throughout their articleship may not get shortlisted by same company.
- The competition is tough, specially in large centers, which makes average student go unnoticed.
- Many companies create hawac at placements, as they don’t come pre planned, letting students into confusion.
- Package offered to you on portal and in interview may differ, you actually need to negotiate. Your package is not confirm till you get offer letter.
- Recruiters pay huge per day for enrolling them for campus which means they look for candidates who are firm, focused and ready to give long term commitment.
- Most of the students will be unplaced, for which it is advised to hunt the job as soon as you pass out to stay on edge and for getting profile desired by you.
- Companies at campus may force for a bond, for which you need to negotiate.
