It depends from Company to Company.
Majority of the companies follow one standard pattern like first conducting a GD, then HR interview and then Technical round.
Be well prepared for GD as it is the first step towards getting placed.
In next round that is HR interview they can ask anything. Which includes career related questions, interest related questions etc.
You should be confident.
And yes most importantly you should have good knowledge about your profession.
Some companies also conduct written test. Be prepared for that too.
