Highradius has its own product, so you will be learning how to use its product to build applications for clients. The workload is around 9hrs on an avg. everyday. Highradius has been gaining a lot of clients so I believe it has a huge scope in the coming years.
The catch here is that since Highradius has its own product, you will not find any use of its product knowledge if you desire to switch your company in the future, but I believe highradius has potentials of giving a good amount of growth.
