I always believed in learning from failure.
I am a student of 2015 batch,in my college I did not get much opportunity for on campus jobs because I was not matching 60% throughout criteria.
One startup came to our college and they did not have any criteria so i took it as an opportunity and luckily cracked it and joined it but within 4 months of small tenure i realized that “this is not my cup of tea” and resigned from that company.
After that like every fresher I decided to try myself in Bangalore and thought if I will fail then i will change my path towards Government jobs.
After coming to Bangalore again I had to go through same criteria problem which made me hopeless but during these 4 months I made some friends who were very supportive and were keep on telling me “patience rakh jo jaaega”.
I was not getting much opportunity compared to others and those who used to support me were also getting placed.Since I had financial problem so i decided to go with some technical support or BPO kind of job. So that I can survive in Bangalore and then i joined one BPO but unfortunately they told me that I have to work 6 days in a week. As i had no other options so i took this job as survival opportunity.
