Concentrate on Aptitude – Practice Aptitude test, might get a lot online

Improve Communication Skill, Practice GD within your friend circle.

If your from IT back ground, concentrate on one technical skill say, C or Java or any other one technology and practice and improve your coding skill.

Make sure your overall % is 70 or above so that you can attend most of the interviews.
