How do I get placed off-campus? What are the necessary courses or things I should do?

Hi, as you are asking about off campus placement, i am assuming you are unable to grab any on campus ones.

So to be very frank, off campus placements involves huge masses, approx on an average of 1000–1500 people attending them for sort of 100–150 vaccancies.

Now, the points that are required to get hold of the off campus vaccany are:

  1. Almost all off campus placements have intial level of sorting on the basis of aptitude tests, which may include, general as well as technical aptitude too, make this point a strong one and you can easily bang in there.
  2. Secondly, comes the fact that, now a days, people are getting better and better at aptitudes, all thanks to some brilliant websites and books, so sorting take place at GD(group discussion) level, make yourself aware about the current affairs and trending news in the country. Its a domain where most are weak.
  3. Thirdly, this phase is more or less easy to get along with, an interview, be ready on tips about the cv or resume that you prepare and write only the things that you really know. Always look confident and maintain eye contact. Try to be as specific as possible bcoz dude they are not here to listen to your stories.
