Generally speaking, the present world is so fiercely competitive and moving at so fast pace,that Organisation Head looks for basics known to each participating manager reg the ‘strategy’ steps being undertaken or/and also ‘leadership’ trait. Unless these aspects are imbibed at the Learning stage, the manager does not get time to update him/herself later with these dimensions later as his / her professional career speeds up. In the absence of these aspects, the manager gets fumbled like Abhimanyu of Mahabharat.
