I have 7 years of work experience and earning 16 LPA. I received admission from ISB. Is it worth investing 37 LPA while the average salary shows 23 LPA?

Congratulations. This is a good achievement. My suggestion is to take it. This is an investment which stays with you through your career. It will change your career trajectory. The learning is very good. I may sound biased , as I work in another department of ISB, but I have tried to keep any bias out. Best, VK
