Which is the best NIT in terms of location?

I will list out few NITs which I have known and visited.

NIT Surat – the campus is very well organized and infrastructure is very good. It is located in the centre of the city. Beach is also near about 10km. you can chill out in evening. connectivity is also good.
NIT Surathkal – It has its own private beach.
NIT Calicut – If you love to live away from chaos of city life, then it is the best place.
NIT Hamirpur
NIT Goa
NIT Rourkela
