Both types of questions comes in AIIMS/NEET. We can divide Chemistry in three parts:
- Organic Chemistry
- Inorganic Chemistry
- Physical Chemistry
In Organic Chemistry the most typical questions, those with a series of reactions using one starting reactant and asking about the final product, In the organic chemistry, test how systematized and directional your thinking is. So devote proper time to nomenclature and isomerism, or alcohol and phenols.
Every figure, bond diagram, series/order in the NCERT is important in the Inorganic Chemistry.
In Physical most of the questions are numerical.
